SERVICE/COLLISION CENTRE – At Cypress Motors, our customers’ health and safety will always be our priority. For this reason, we would like to reassure our customers that we will be disinfecting their vehicles as they enter our service area.

During this unprecedented time, we ask that all payments are done by Credit Card, over the phone.  Cash will not be accepted.  If this is not possible, we do have a Wireless Card Machine, and payment will be taken outside of the building on our premises.  We ask that when making an appointment for Service or Body Shop, for the safety of our employees, that you are able to leave your vehicle with us for 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for a vehicle disinfecting. We ask that when dropping off your vehicle during after hours that you park it in the east lot and use our drop box for your keys on the east side of the building.  Thank you for your cooperation.

The following are areas that we will ensure are disinfected:
Exterior door handles
Steering wheel — including buttons
Center console — outside only
Gear Selector (Dial/Handle)
Radio/HVAC Areas
Touchscreen
Start/Stop button
Driver door armrest and center console
Window/Seat/Mirror controls
Rear View Mirror
Seatbelt Buckle & Anchor
Key fob
Other – Depending on the vehicle, ensure all other key touchpoints are wiped down.
Please know that our staff is here to look after your servicing needs. We thank you for your continued support of Cypress Motors.

Quick Lane

At this time we ask that if you’re using our Quick Lane service that you stay in your vehicle for your safety and the safety of our staff. We will guild you over the drive-on bay and will instruct you from there.
