I took my truck to Cypress Motors (service) to have them check on my differential after a warning message appeared on my screen about a fluid... problem. They checked it out at no cost. In addition, the service dept even replaced my old windshield wipers as a free bonus. I was very impressed with the service I received and am most appreciative. Big thank you to McKenzie. I'm from Ontario well over 3000km from home. Truck had a reduced engine power code and I brought the truck in. He... immediately knew what the problem was - a severely plugged air filter from snow. A common problem on the 2019 f150 diesel. They allowed me to stay inside the service bay to remove the old filter and install the new one I purchased from them. Friendly dealer willing to help, and did everything they could to help. Problem went from being a long wait to fixed in minutes!read more

I’m from out of Province and 30kms east of Swift Current my truck broke down. I had it towed to Cypress Motors where McKenzie and the service staff... attended to the truck quickly and kept me updated regularly.When diagnosed McKenzie provided me with three options on how to fix the truck, with quotes on how much each option would cost. Unfortunately with the age of the truck taken into consideration the cost to fix it was cost prohibitive.I began looking locally to purchase a new truck, but due to the current market situation this was impossible.I phoned and spoke with Eli about the possibility of purchasing a new or used truck from Cypress Motors. When I explained to Eli my situation he was very helpful and found me a new truck that more than met my expectations. Eli was helpful through out the entire purchase of the truck, and was easily reachable by text or phone to discuss options and set a date I could attend the dealership to pick up the truck.Eli had arranged a bed liner to be sprayed, and a ceramic and under coating applied, and had this completed sooner than expected.Mike helped with obtaining financing, and was very personable while explaining the purchase documents and warranty on the vehicle.McKenzie, Eli, Mike, and every other employee I spoke to during the three weeks I was in contact with the dealership were all very helpful, and seemed to genuinely care to help my family and I.I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received, and would recommend this dealership to anyone.read more

last week I was downtown in my 2015 ford escape, it wouldn't start. It had to be towed to Cypress Ford. Mackenzie in Service got it in right away,... and got my vehicle back to me the next day. I was in a pinch, because my other vehicle was out of town for the week. Thanks to Cypress Motors for helping me out.read more
