I recently got an oil change at Cypress Motors Ford in Swift Current. To say I am pleased with my service is a huge understatement. The men working ensured that I got the best possible care for my vehicle. From the moment I pulled up to their quicklane, I was greeted by the quicklane manager, Brett. He asked me if I had been to ford before for my oil change. I had informed him that it was, in fact, my first time getting my oil changed there. He immediately started getting my information needed to enter me into their system. As he was entering me into their system, his partner working with him, Derek, guided me over the pit so they could start working on my van. Within minutes of working on my van, I was informed that my van was low on coolant (which I did not know) and that my tire tread is low on the front two tires, meaning they will need to be replaced soon. They showed me the engine air filter and explained to me that it was still good. They even took a look at my CV axles, as it was mentioned to me at a previous business where I had gotten my oil changed before that the boots on both axles were gone. Upon inspection, they found that both boots are still intact, still have grease, but are cracked so will need to be changed sooner, rather than later to prevent damage to my van. They made me feel like I was a part of a family. They did not treat me like I was some stupid female. They joked around with me and make me feel welcome. I will gladly return to Cypress Motor Ford for my oil changes from now on. It was top notch service from Brett and Derek.Thank you, Derek and Brett. From a stressed out single momma who needs her vehicle in top shape for driving to and from many appts. I will see you guys when I need the next change!

last week I was downtown in my 2015 ford escape, it wouldn't start. It had to be towed to Cypress Ford. Mackenzie in Service got it in right away, and got my vehicle back to me the next day. I was in a pinch, because my other vehicle was out of town for the week. Thanks to Cypress Motors for helping me out.

I custom ordered a car from here. It was well worth the stressful wait period (not dealer's fault). My salesman was patient with everything through the crazy wait period. Definitely, reccomend this dealership for customer service and vehicle maintenance services.Take away: only custom order a vehicle if prepared to wait months (this is not controllable by the dealership).Thanks guys!

Huge shout to these guys. We were from 4 hrs north and our windshield wiper fell apart. The parts guys came out and we noticed the other wiper was loose. They replaced a part on one wiper mount and sold me a new wiper for the drivers side and installed both for me. High level of service. Thank you.
